Website Purchase Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return a physical item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Commissioned Painting Commission

Please see separate Commissioned Painting Agreement Form, which will be sent to you by email prior to work commencing.

Yurt Group Sessions

Yurt sessions are non-refundable.

Art Class and Workshop Refund

Art class bookings and Workshop Bookings are non-refundable.
Pre-recorded tuition purchases are non-refundable.
Painting Course purchases are non-refundable.

In Person Retreats Refund

A full refund will be given one month prior to the retreat date.

A 50% refund will be given up to 14 days before the retreat date.
No refund will be given after 14 days prior to the commencement of the retreat.

Wellbeing Coaching and Energy Healing Session Refund

A full refund will be given if more than 24 hours notice of the wish to cancel is given.
If no notice of cancellation is given, the booking fee is non-refundable.
