Join me for A Sacred Journey of Reconnection & Remembering

In the untamed Scottish Highlands landscape of Caithness, from 28th  to 31st August 2026.

This late summer retreat is for those ready to shed the weight of the mundane and step into their fullest, most luminous self. Nestled in the untamed beauty of the Scottish Highlands, we’ll merge the wisdom of the land with the fire of your soul’s evolution.

What We’ll Explore:

– Reconnection: Sync your breath with the waves and the sea air, and your heartbeat with the pulse of ancient stones.

– Remembering: Unearth buried truths through ritual, somatic practices, and communion with the land’s ancestral whispers.

– Expansion: Guided energy work, Celtic-inspired ceremonies, and intuitive movement to break through stagnation and align with your soul’s blueprint.

Why the Highlands?

This land is not a backdrop—it’s an active participant in your transformation. The Highlands hold a raw, unyielding energy that mirrors the wild potential within you. Here, the veils between past and present thin, inviting profound clarity and catalytic growth as we attune our energies to the frequencies of the land.

For over 15 years, I’ve guided souls through the alchemy of creativity, mindfulness, and meditation—practices that became my lifeline during two decades of autoimmune battles and mental health storms. This retreat is my deepest offering yet: a fusion of everything that rewired my body, reignited my spirit, and led me back to full, radiant vitality.

And now, I’m honoured to share this medicine in the land that healed me—the wild, windswept far north of Scotland. A place that called me home 15 years ago and taught me how to breathe again.

Why This Land?

Here, space is not a luxury—it’s the bedrock of transformation. The Highlands don’t just hold you; they unbind you. The tides carry away stagnation. The moors whisper ancestral truths. The vast skies crack open old stories, making room for the light you’ve always carried.

This is where I shed the weight of survival mode—and where you will, too.

Lisa McDonaldMy name is Lisa McDonald. I have over 15 years experience delivering workshops in painting, creativity, mindfulness and meditation.

It is my absolute joy and honour to be hosting and facilitating this retreat in my home landscape of the far north of Scotland. This land has been intrinsic in my healing journey since it called me here fourteen years ago There is so much space here, and room to breathe, and many places where you can just be, and allow all that is no longer serving you to dissipate and/or be carried away by the wind, the tide and the waves.

The programme for this retreat is specifically created with the intention of bringing you into a state of relaxation, leading to complete rejuvenation. It contains all of the practices that enabled me to come into fullness and full vitality after suffering for two decades with autoimmune conditions and mental health struggles. These methods are tried and tested, and when you combine them with a healing landscape, you are truly winning.

Having been coaching and teaching for over 15 years, and having experienced a profound energy awakening in 2020 it is my passion and my mission to connect with like-minded souls, who may be a little lost, or disconnected and lacking in energy, and guide them fully back to their own light.

Of all the offerings that I provide, retreats hold a special place in my heart, for the connections formed, and the journey that each and every attendee takes. And this retreat is no different. It is going to be transformative and magical for all who attend, I can feel it already..

The Retreat Experience:

Drawing from my journey through chronic illness, energy awakening, and 15+ years of teaching, this carefully curated retreat programme is designed to:

– Relax your nervous system through guided meditation, mindful creativity, and breathwork.

– Rejuvenate your energy with somatic practices, intuitive painting, and earth-rooted rituals.

– Reclaim your vitality by merging inner work with the Highland’s raw, elemental power.

We’ll wander coastlines, create art as prayer, and sit in sacred circles where the veils between human and land grow thin. This is not a retreat—it’s a homecoming.

Who Is This For?

Souls who feel:

– Drained by the grind of “healing” that feels like another chore

– A Longing to remember their innate creativity and joy

– Ready to trade burnout for boundless energy and self-trust

– Deep connection to the Scottish Highlands landscape

– They are already on a healing path and are being pulled to journey further

If you’re craving space to exhale, create freely, and rediscover your rhythm with the earth’s wild heartbeat—you’re exactly where you need to be.

Why Retreats?

They’re where magic happens in the between moments: shared laughter over herbal tea, silent walks where the land speaks, and the collective sigh of hearts remembering their power. Every attendee’s journey becomes part of the group’s tapestry—a synergy I’ve witnessed transform lives again and again.

And this one? It’s already glowing.
