I  mentioned this on Facebook already, but after the Paris attacks, I feel it more important than ever to spread love and light. The way to do that? Start with you..Create the life you want to live, be happy in yourself and then go out and spread that happiness. Hurt people hurt people. The more complete and whole that you are the more your light can shine. More on this next time I am sure!
