Some days I watch the waves for hours, witnessing nature in all of her glory. Time spent with the waves remind me that I am that energy too. Deep down beneath the programming and conditioning that same life force runs though my veins. As the waves crash on the rocks before me, my energy dances in unison with the movement, and for some complete, unbridled moments of freedom, I am completely alive, and all is well.
