Inspired Message

Some days I watch the waves for hours, witnessing nature in all of her glory. Time spent with the waves remind me that I am that energy too. Deep down beneath the programming and conditioning that same life force runs though my veins. As the waves crash on the rocks before me, my energy dances in unison with the movement, and for some complete, unbridled moments of freedom, I am completely alive, and all is well.

We think this battle is mine but it is in fact ours. 
 
We think we are divided but we are in fact united. 
 
We think we are an island but we are in fact an ocean… 
Beating the same heartbeat. 
 
Just as every single drop makes a wave so does every single person count. 
Without compassion for the other there is no unity. 
 
We are all here. In this together. Beating the same rhythm. 
Only by coming together can we create something beautiful.
