Orkney Energy Healing

We are all energy. All matter is energy. We as humans can store unresolved trauma in our energy field that shows up in the human body as disease, or in our life as experience as lack of abundance or the inability to move forwards in our lives. It is when we work through the density of these energetic blockages that life begins to flow so much easier, in all directions – physically, emotionally, spiritually.

Using intuition, and Kundalini energy that flows very strongly through my body, I am guided to release the blocks that are present in your aura and within your body’s energetic system. I feel this energy so profoundly since my Kundalini awakened in 2020.

What is Kundalini?

Kundalini is a fundamental life energy present in all living beings. In many spiritual traditions it is described as a coiled power located near the base of the spine that normally remains latent. Under certain conditions—through practices such as meditation, breathwork, yoga, or spontaneous inner shifts—this energy can be stimulated to rise upward through the body’s energetic centers (chakras). As it unfolds, kundalini can catalyse profound physical, emotional, and psychological transformation: releasing stored tensions, refining perception, and opening access to subtler states of awareness. When experienced fully, it is often felt as a deepening alignment with a larger, universal consciousness and an expanded sense of purpose and connection.

I have always been on a spiritual path, with a flame inside of me, to grow, to give back to others, and to be the best version of myself that I could possibly be. In February 2020 that flame intensified. My Kundalini awakened, causing huge amounts of energy to sweep through me, burning away anything that wasn’t of divine essence. My goal now is to assist in your healing, so that we can all raise the vibration of the planet together, and return to our true divine state of being.

During the healing session you remain fully clothed, comfortably lying down while soothing music plays. I tune into the presence of kundalini energy to support your process, but I do not attempt to activate it. Sessions are gentle and very relaxing. I use light tapping or gentle shaking to help release physical energy blockages, and I often include tuning forks and sound bowls to shift stagnant energy in the aura. The overall experience is calming, restorative, highly intuitive and tailored to your needs. Feedback is given at the end as to where energy blockages are stored.

The practice is very sacred, and high vibrational energy will be flowing from me throughout the session. Channelled messages come through me, that I share with you at the end of the session, that will enable to you to move forward more clearly on your healing path.

Energy Healing Options

Mini Trial Energy Healing – A 30 minute session includes 20 minutes of Energy Healing, an introductory chat and Feedback afterwards. A lighter version of the Standard Healing Session if you are intrigued and would like to sample the healing – Session Cost – £25

Standard Energy Healing – A 75 minute session includes between 50 to 60 minutes of Energy Healing and Feedback afterwards. During the session, you may experience the gentle, but powerful flow of energy as I work to clear blockages. You will definitely be very relaxed as your brain switches into a parasympathetic state so that healing can occur – Session Cost – £75

With Wellbeing Coaching – A 2 hour session that includes Energy Healing, as above and Wellbeing Coaching and guidance as to how to move forwards in your path, with practical steps for you to integrate into your daily life. Not only will you receive the support to clear blockages from your body and aura, but you will be given tools and techniques to promote wellbeing in the mind too. Together, Energy Healing and Wellbeing Coaching create a synergistic approach that empowers you to overcome challenges, release limiting beliefs, and cultivate a sense of vitality and fulfilment – Session Cost – £125

With Meditation, Sound Healing and Crystal Healing – A 3 hour session  – Immerse yourself in a multi-dimensional healing experience with this in-person session that combines Energy Healing, Sound Healing, Crystal Healing, and Meditation. I will harness the power of energy, sound vibrations, crystal energies, and mindfulness practices to create a deeply transformative and rejuvenating session. As you relax and unwind, you will feel the harmonious resonance of sound healing instruments, the soothing energy of crystals, and the calming effects of meditation working in synergy to balance and align your mind, body, and spirit. This holistic approach promotes deep healing, relaxation, and inner peace, leaving you feeling renewed and revitalised. The session ends with Wellbeing Coaching to provide you with practical steps for integrating the energy into your everyday life, enabling you to make lasting changes going forwards – Session Cost – £200

Where is the Location for the Energy Healing Sessions in Orkney?

The venue is the Therapy Room at ArtWorks, Victoria Street, Kirkwall. There is a side gate and back door entrance to the Therapy Room when the shop is closed.
