” Hubby treated me to a day at Haven House Art with Lisa McDonald as a Christmas gift. I was promised painting instructions, meditations, hands on healing as well as lunch for my one to one experience, only, I got so much more…..
Greeted with warmth, I immediately felt at ease in Lisa’s company. Cup of tea and a short meditation then relaxed in front of our canvasses. Having painted as a hobby, I new basics but learned so many more skills and came away feeling more confident (especially painting waves where I struggled before) We painted wonderful art works and the time flew by.
After a wonderful hearty and delicious lunch we settled down for some healing therapy. Lisa was professional and seemed to understand my feelings allowing me to let go of pain and demons I had been carrying for many years. This was a profound experience and I was blown away by how much better I felt in the days and weeks that followed (not to mention lighter)
We finished off our day goal setting and meditating for abundance with gratitude, I was still buzzing from my healing session so felt extremely positive and ready to tackle what life wanted to throw at me.
Lisa’s home was warm and welcoming, the North of Scotland is simply stunning and I even managed cold invigorating swims during my weekend away.
