Do you know what your spirit animal is, or have your always had a yearning to find out? Do you know where your Spirit landscape is?
Spirit animal guides either appear in physical form, and visit us regularly, or they can appear in meditation, and we may see them with our third eye, and we will know they are near by their energetic presence. Either way they appear we will have an instant connection with them. We will know them and recognise them for the characteristics and the energy that they are bringing to us, at a certain time in our lives, or they can remain with us throughout our entire lives, lending us their strength, wisdom and guidance whenever we call on it.
We also have a Soul landscape, a place where our soul is most at home, and connected to Source. It may be an ancestral landscape, a cherished physical place on Earth, or a land in the etheral realms where your spirit is connected to. This land is closely connected to your Soul Purpose, and provides sanctuary and guidance throughout your time on Earth.

What’s included in this bespoke Commissioned Art Package:
- a 30 minute guided meditation session
- an original canvas painting
- digital pictures of the process, from start to finish

- Free Shipping of your painting, wherever you are in the world
You will receive your very own, unique painting, that will never be replicated with prints. Your spirit animal and spirit landscape will be manifested on canvas, into one Soul Painting, to bring your comfort, joy, support, and will be tangible reminder that you are never alone.
The canvas dimensions included in this package are 50 x 75 cm, which can be painted portrait or landscape orientation. The canvas edges will be painted. The canvas will be sent unframed. A frame is not necessary, but you may wish to frame it once you receive your painting.
Other canvas sizes can be provided and other budgets can be catered for.
WHO IS LISA?
My name is Lisa McDonald. I am a full-time practicing artist with 14 years experience of delivering workshops in painting, creativity, mindfulness and mediation.
I also qualified as a Life Coach and Colour Therapist in 2020, which I use in one to one coaching sessions, as well in group settings to teach and guide clients in ways to improve mental health and wellbeing.
Holding regular outdoor mindfulness workshops, meditation sessions, and using tools such as creative doodling, vision boarding and journaling, I love combining my love of nature, with creative flow.
Since 2020, when I experienced a very physical kundalini awakening, I have been a practicing energy healer, as I now feel people’s auras very profoundly and use intuitive techniques to release blockages from the body.
During mediation I receive downloads of information regarding energy. This can come in visual form, in my third eye, or can be felt energetically in my aura and my body. My Spirit Animal is a male horse called Grace. He regularly assists me in my healing sessions and is with me to give me his power, his strength and his vitality.
I love working with the animal kingdom. As with ourselves, they aren’t just present at the visible level, they exist energetically too, and it is my delight to open that realm for you to enable them to come through into your life too.
